Perth Delivery / Pickup
Overview
Inventory is stored between our Osborne Park showroom, and an off-site warehouse. If a product is displayed on our website, it means we have stock at one of these locations.
For stock that is held off-site, there will be a wait while it’s transferred to the store. If your order includes any off-site items, you will receive an email confirming the applicable lead time.
After placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you automatically. This email confirms we have received the order and securely pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.
Perth Metro Delivery
- $79 flat rate*
- Delivery within 50km of the Osborne Park store (as far north as Yanchep, south as Baldivis and east as Chidlow).
- We will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable date and time.
- Orders are typically processed for delivery within 2 business days - If your order includes items that are held off-site or temporarily unavailable, we’ll be in touch via email to confirm lead times.
Store Pickup
- You will receive an SMS when your order is ready for collection from 29 Frobisher St, Osborne Park, WA 6017.
- Orders are typically processed for pickup within 1-2 business days - If your order includes items that are held off-site or temporarily unavailable, we’ll be in touch via email to confirm lead times.
Showroom / Pickup
Mon - Fri: 9am - 5:30pm
Sat: 11am - 4pm
Sun & PH: Closed
*All products within the same order are delivered together. The customer may request a ‘split delivery’ (sent separately due to items having different lead times) however, an additional charge will be required for each delivery.
