**Returns "Change of Mind"
A 30 day risk-free trial is applicable to all orders.
If you simply decide that the item isn't right for your space we understand. Submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
All "change of mind" returns must be in "as new" condition; once inspected we will refund to your original method of payment the full purchase amount, excluding any delivery charges. It is the customer's responsibility to safely return their items to our Osborne Park store once their return request has been approved. Based on your location, we will suggest a simple and cost-effective method of sending your items back to us.

For faulty, defective or damaged items that you would like to return please submit a Warranty Claim.
*Not considered warrantable: normal wear and tear (including stains, soiling or scuff marks) consistent with duration of use. Any abuse or excessive force, that upon assessment, is deemed by us to have led to the damage at hand. Timber with possible imperfections in grain, knots or finishing.
**Commercial orders: once payment has been made for a "commercial quantity" order (more than 12 units of the same product) no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are available for "change of mind".
