At Marc & Main, we want you to feel confident when choosing furniture for your home.
That’s why every order includes a 30-day risk-free trial*. If your purchase doesn’t suit your space, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery).
You’re also welcome to take home multiple products in different styles to see what works best in your space. If none feel right, simply return them within the trial period. No pressure, no risk, just peace of mind.
Returns 30-Day Risk-Free Trial | Change of Mind
We never want you to feel stuck with something that doesn’t suit your home. That's why every order includes a 30-day risk-free trial*.
If you decide that an item isn’t right for your space, simply return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding delivery charges.
All change-of-mind returns must be in as-new condition; once inspected, we will refund to your original method of payment the full purchase amount, excluding any delivery charges. It is the customer's responsibility to safely return their items to our Osborne Park store. Based on your location, we can suggest a simple and cost-effective method of sending your items back to us (if you're unable to transport them yourself).
Warranty Repair | Replacement
All products are covered by a 12-month warranty*, unless stated otherwise.
To lodge a warranty claim, please reply to your original order confirmation email with clear photos and a description of the issue. If you’re unable to locate your original order confirmation email, please click here to submit a warranty claim via our online form instead. This will allow you to provide the details you do have.

*Not considered warrantable: normal wear and tear (including stains, soiling or scuff marks) consistent with duration of use. Any abuse or excessive force, that upon assessment, is deemed by us to have led to the damage at hand. Timber with possible imperfections in grain, knots or finishing.
Commercial orders: once payment has been made for a commercial quantity order (more than 12 units of the same product) no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are available for change of mind.
