The stools are fine. But we had to wait 6 months for them, due to some problem with distribution/imports.
M&M did try to communicate the problems but my issue is they insist on 100% payment upfront rather than a deposit with a balance on expected delivery.
They have quite happily had our money for six months whilst we have had no delivery.
No effort was made to compensate in any way. I asked for free delivery which was agreed to, but not offered! Disappointing…

When there were shipping issues outside their control I was kept informed and offered a refund. So glad I was patient. The non standard height needed a gas lift and they look so different. The stools are also extremely comfortable to eat dinner from or work on the laptop at the bench.

We really love the stools as they are very comfortable and practical with the swivel seats and adjustable height. We actually sat on them in store for 15 minutes before buying so thanks to the sales personnel for their patience. A minor complaint is the finish is not so good in some places on the timber and the base is not fitted securely to the upright post..
